The Berhampore Co-op. Central Bank Ltd., Berhampur is registered as "Co-operative Society" under the Odisha Co-operative Societies Act, 1962 (Orissa Act- 2 of 1963) with its registered office at: Telephone Bhawan Road, Berhampur, Post- Berrhampur, Dist- Ganjam PIN- 760001. The Berhampore Co-op. Central Bank Ltd., herein after shall be referred as "The Bank". The Bank by a resolution of the committee may open branches at any place within its area of operation with prior section of the Registrar, of Co-operative Societies.

The area of operation of the Bank shall extend to the whole of the Gajapati revenue District with the Municipality and NACs and 11(Eleven) Blocks of Ganjam district namely Kukudakhandi, Rangailunda, Hinjili, Chatrapur, Khallikote, Ganjam, Chikiti, Patrapur and part Blocks namely Purusottampur, Beguniapada, Digapahandi including all NACs of concern Blocks and one Municipality namely Berhampur Municipality of the Ganjam revenue District.
